- Why does my powder have soft clumps in it?
- This is normal! We use zero chemical flow agents. The natural starches stick together. Just Shake or tap the tin to fluff it back up.
- Can I use it in damp socks?
- We prefer you use it in dry socks, but if you've had a long day please feel free to freshen up. If there too damp dispersion might not be as effective.
- I don't like the feeling of the powder on my feet, what do I do?
- The ingredients are designed to feel silky smooth on the skin, but if you don't like this method, turn your socks inside out and perform the ritual this way. Turn socks back and put on.
- The lid of my puck is getting harder to put on?
- Be aware that the powder can get caught in the thread of the puck. Occasionally blow out the powder from the thread, or brush out.

- Help, I spilt my powder?
- Keep it dry! Use a broom or a vacuum, or rub into the carpet with your socks. It naturally de-odorizes everything it touches.

- Our base is made of clean, non-toxic food and cosmetic ingredients. It is perfectly safe.
- Why is the smell starting to fade after a few weeks?
- Once the seal is broken, a natural countdown begins. It is the users responsibility to keep the lid on tightly and to use it daily, as fragrances over time do naturally fade a little.
- Is the powder cloud normal when I slap my socks?
- Yes, our formula is ultra fine. The powder is completely safe and acts as a way to coat the fabric of your socks.
- Why is my powder a slightly yellow or a different colour?
- It is a safe reaction from our pure sweet and fruit flavour oils. It is 100% safe for the skin as we refuse to use harsh chemical bleaching agents.
- What do I do with the tins once it's empty?

- I've overtightened my tin, what do I do?
- Don't worry, if it becomes hard to undo you can pinch the lid either side and squeeze and it should pop the threads and loosen it. When tightening just tighten enough to give a little resistance. This stops the air getting in.
